Both Dr. Cook and Dr. Brown are warm, kind, and extremely informative during our healthcare visits. They treat my pet and me with the utmost respect and gentle care often taking that extra time to carefully respond to my many questions. They always return my telephone calls, and I don't have long waits to see them. Even when one of my pets has had a healthcare crisis, the doctors and other staff have quickly made time to see us. The assistants and front desk staff are so very helpful. Often they will help carry my products to the vehicle. My dog loves their groomer! And the boarding is top quality too! I highly recommend Family Pet Hospital!

Our dog Bonnie was overdue for vaccines and nail trimming because she is aggressive towards other animals and I was afraid of her behavior at a vet's office. Family Pet Hospital takes extra precautions to accommodate this type of situation and we ended up having a great experience. The staff is outstanding. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. We went towards the end of the day and the entire place was clean and inviting. Looking forward to a long relationship with them!
